Welcome to Snip Clean. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Snip Clean delivers janitorial, commercial, residential, and specialty cleaning services, including post-construction, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, and routine maintenance.
All services are performed by trained professionals following industry standards and your specific needs.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
- Service times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen issues.
- You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and ensuring safe entry to the property.
- Recurring service schedules may be adjusted for holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on the information provided at booking. Extra services or additional work discovered on-site may result in updated pricing.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major payment methods (e.g., card, online payment, invoicing for commercial clients).
- Late or unpaid invoices may incur fees or service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- If our crew arrives and cannot access the property, this may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe, efficient cleaning:
- Provide clear access to the areas scheduled for cleaning.
- Secure fragile items, valuables, or irreplaceable belongings.
- Notify us of any hazards, special equipment needs, or property conditions in advance.
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity, lighting) are available.
Snip Clean is not responsible for damage to unsecured valuables or pre-existing issues.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
After 24 hours, re-cleaning or adjustments may incur a fee.
7. Pet Policy
- We love pets, but for safety reasons, they should be secured during service.
- You are responsible for informing us of any pets on the premises.
8. Property Damage & Liability
- Snip Clean carries insurance coverage for accidental damage and liability.
- We are not responsible for items that break due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or pre-existing fragility
- Any claim of damage must be reported within 24 hours with supporting details or photos.
9. Safety & Working Conditions
We reserve the right to stop or refuse service if:
- A work environment is unsafe
- Hazardous materials are present
- The property contains extreme clutter or conditions not previously disclosed
Additional charges may apply for hazardous or extreme cleaning situations.
10. Supplies & Equipment
- Snip Clean provides all standard cleaning products and equipment.
- Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
- If you prefer to supply your own products, we are not liable for any related damages.
11. Access & Security
You may provide a key, code, or other access method.
We safeguard access information and keys, but we are not responsible for property issues unrelated to our scheduled service time or team presence.
12. Use of Photos & Documentation
With your permission, we may take before/after photos for quality control, insurance documentation, or marketing.
Photos will never reveal personal information or identifiable details without consent.
13. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- A client behaves abusively
- Conditions pose a safety risk
- Illegal activity is observed
- Payment obligations are not met
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of service implies acceptance of updates.
